As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Proactively engaging with customers through various channels (phone, email, etc.) to provide assistance, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of products or services offered, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines, to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Soliciting feedback from customers on their experience with products or services, capturing insights and suggestions for improvement, and communicating feedback to relevant teams for action.
  • Developing educational materials, tutorials, or resources to help customers better understand and utilize products or services, promoting customer self-sufficiency and satisfaction.
